Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. Convenient location to get around Wan Chai and within walking distance of the convention center. Friendly staff who provided good service
Nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel is conveniently located on the always busy Hennessy Road, making it easy to access the city's restaurants and transport facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were willing to help and provided great tips on what is around the area. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The family room was surprisingly spacious and perfect for our needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room. The location in the Wan Chai area was ideal, right in the center of the city and close to public transport. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, even when we had a last-minute addition to our group. They spoke excellent English and were super helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, eateries, and drinking spots nearby. It was also easy to access various forms of transportation, including the MTR, buses, and trams. The rooms were good and the hotel had great facilities, including a nice restaurant. the cleanliness, location, and helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of our stay.

We loved the convenient location, with the MTR station, tram station, and bus station all nearby. It made exploring the city on foot or by public transportation very easy. The hotel staff, especially Grace and Ronnie, were warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The hotel provided great amenities like an electric tea kettle in the room, complimentary bottled water, and a Handy phone for personal WiFi on the go. The breakfast had a good variety and was included in the room price.
